November was Children’s Grief Awareness Month
We invite you to choose Camp Agape to help ensure no child or family grieves alone. As a faith-based grief support organization for 22 years, Camp Agape has served over a thousand children and families through our supportive care services. Our holistic approach addresses the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of the healing process.
Just like you, our hearts were broken by the tragic murders of the Uvalde children this year. With your help, we plan to offer a private family retreat weekend filled with hope and healing in a safe and nurturing environment. This experience will include a unique opportunity for the families to walk through the grief process together by engaging in group activities as well as therapeutic support. There will be time for them to play and rejuvenate in a beautiful retreat setting and also receive tools to assist their families along their grief journey. Our hope is to provide a sanctuary of peace and comfort where each family knows they are not alone in their grief. Please support the “Healing Uvalde Family Retreatâ.
